Our award winning Manchester based client are looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a firm with an impressive employee retention rate, which is a direct result of a fantastic working environment, continued personal development and an attractive remuneration package

Duties & responsibilities will include: (not limited to)

  • Processing new business for Group Risk, Auto Enrolment, Group Personal Pension & Group Private Medical Insurance
  • Setting up new Employee Benefits Schemes
  • Actioning LOA’s
  • Working in conjuction with the advisory team to either renew or switch schemes
  • Liaise with providers & corporate clients
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Maintaining an accurate record of the client’s financial situation

The candidate:

  • Administration expereince within a firm of financial planners (essential)
  • Experince in Group Risk, Group PMI or Group Pensions (desirable)
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office (desirable)
  • knowledge of provider platforms
  • Highly organised
