This international law firm boast 80 offices across 40+ countries in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America. The firm is recognised for its sector excellence and focus on consumer products: energy; financial institutions; hotels & leisure; infrastructure & projects; life sciences & healthcare; real estate; and technology, media & telecommunications.

The firm's highly regarded Employee Incentives Team have a broad offering encompassing advice on all-employee plans, employee ownership trusts (EOTs), global share plans and non-employee issues. The team are recognised for their capabilities by both Chambers and the Legal 500. The team advise FTSE100 and multinational companies on their share plans and the related transactional matters relating to public company M&A but also advise start-ups, particularly in the tech and life sciences sectors and private equity owned companies.

As part of the role, your practice will focus purely on Employee Incentives with 30% being transactional support and 70% advisory. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE gained in Employee Incentives gained from a City or international law firm in London and have excellent academics. This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
