Employee Relations Advisor 

  • Job Type: Full-time - Temporary
  • Location: West London 
  • Salary: £19 p/h 

We have partnered with an organisation based in West London who are seeking a proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy HR team to support with a range of Employee Relations, HR and people related tasks for a temporary period of around 8 weeks. This role will play a pivotal role within the companies HR function.  

Day to Day of the role will include:

  • Managing all Employee life cycle tasks 
  • Support with any Employee Relations cases 
  • Respond any employee HR requests relating to pay queries, holiday requests, contracts and references 
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • HR Advisor background 
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, principles, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to provide practical advice on a range of HR matters.
  • Experience of supporting across the wide range of the Employee lifecycle

This role is a temporary position so would suit someone who is available immediately or is able to start within the next few weeks and who can commit to a minimum of 8 weeks, ideally this role will be office based.
