Role Overview:

Seeking a motivated Employment Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to manage a diverse caseload primarily focused on respondent work. The successful candidate will provide high-quality employment law advice to a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employment law issues (disciplinary, redundancy, TUPE, discrimination, contracts).
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals.
  • Corporate transactions
  • Provide day-to-day HR and employment law support.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on employment law developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Participate in business development activities.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum and an excellent benefits package is on offer including, a long-term hybrid working model.
