About the Role

Identified in the Planning Law Survey as one of the fastest growing planning teams over two consecutive years and ranked as 16th largest in the country our client is looking to recruit a qualified Planning and/or Environment Solicitor for their Glasgow office (ideally 3 + PQE) to support the growth of both the Glasgow team and the wider Group which operates nationally.

The Glasgow team is led by someone who is recognised as one of the top 20 Planning Solicitors by Planning Magazine, and offers a wide range of expertise, across both Planning and Environmental law matters. The team offers a supportive and flexible working environment with exciting work opportunities across many development sectors.

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of: contentious planning and environment work, including Planning Inquiries and High Court challenges/Judicial Reviews, advisory and transactional work including Section 106 agreements, highways and other statutory agreements, advising on Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment, waste-related planning law, and advising on the planning or environmental aspects of property and corporate transactions.

Most importantly they are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate planning lawyer to join a friendly, supportive and ambitious team.
