Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy have an excellent opportunity for a Employment Law Solicitor to join a regional firm in their Swansea office.
You will be an experienced Employment Law Solicitor (2-year PQE +) with the drive and enthusiasm to continue developing your practice within a busy and supportive team. An excellent communicator, you readily gain the confidence of the clients you are working with and handle their matters with empathy and sensitivity. You will need the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and show a genuine commitment to their care and having gained a good range of experience of employment matters including:
- Recruitment
- Contracts
- Disciplinary & grievance issues
- Absence management
- Performance management
- Long term ill-health
- Redundancy
- TUPE
- Discrimination
- Termination of employment
