Location: Rochdale
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
Consultants: Sarah Hughes or Gavin Reynolds
Our Client, a highly reputable Commercial Law Firm who operate significantly in the Education Sector are looking for an experience Employment Law Solicitor to join their Law Team. Their state-of-the-art offices are based in Rochdale with direct links to the Motorway

Key Responsibilities as Employment Law Solicitor:
- Provide Operational Supervision for more Junior members of the team such as trainee solicitors/HR Advisors
- Support the directors in developing and shaping its services and products
- Lead by example and be a source for knowledge and support for colleagues
- Look for business development opportunities, present seminars, write articles and participate in professional cooperate events
- Collaborate with the directors using company data to reflect on performance and achieve continuous improvement
- Provide employment law advice on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Manage contentious employment tribunal case files from the outset through to conclusion
- Drafting pre-action correspondence, pleadings, lists of documents and bundle preparation, witness statements, making applications and creating draft orders
- Undertake negotiation and finalise settlements
What you need to bring:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE In Employment Law is essential
