Senior Associate Employment Lawyer Opportunity with a Leading International Law Firm in London
  
Are you an experienced employment lawyer looking to join a prestigious international law firm in London? We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to work closely with a team of 4 Partners and 15 lawyers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a mix of contentious, non-contentious, and corporate support work, providing comprehensive legal advice across a diverse client base.

This role will involve supporting the Partners in all aspects of employment law, including Employment Tribunals and High Court litigation. You will also be instrumental in coordinating cross-border projects such as restructurings and compliance initiatives.
  
The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent academic credentials and solid legal training from a City firm.
  • Extensive experience managing complex employment matters within a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in restrictive covenant injunctions, employee competition issues, and general employment advisory work.
  • A strong desire to work within an international firm, engaging with a global client base.
  • A thorough understanding of the operation and structure of commercial law firms.
