EMPLOYMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR - LEGAL 100 FIRM - OXFORDSHIRE

SENIOR ASSOCIATE- 5+ PQE

This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious and confident employment solicitor to join a brilliant Legal 100 firm.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE. You must have experience working within a well-established Law Firm and have a desire for partnership. You will be able to successfully manage client relationships and your own caseload, advising on a full range of employment matters.

This work will cover all aspects of Employment Law, contentious and non-contentious, so experience in both is essential to success. You will be represting clients from public and private organisations as well as individuals. You will be getting involved in all aspects of the process, and will be joining a fast-growing and highly successful team.

Beneficial to your application will be a demonstrable enthusiasm for business development and any supervisory experience to date. You will be responsible for growing a small team and this role has excellent career progression, with a view to leading the team.
