Employment Solicitor - Legal 500 firm - Berkshire About the Role: An opportunity to join a thriving legal 500 firm's Employment Law team as a Solicitor. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality legal services to clients across Berkshire. Responsibilities: * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters. * Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious employment issues. * Conduct negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings on behalf of clients. * Assist in the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance. * Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Criteria: * Approximately 2+ years of PQE in Employment Law. * Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases. * Experience representing both employers and employees. * Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently. * Adaptable and proactive approach to work.
