In this pivotal role, you will become a trusted advisor for a diverse clientele, expertly navigating the complexities of employment law. You will provide strategic guidance on compliance and best practices while representing clients in high-stakes disputes, making a tangible impact on their businesses. ROLE

  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to a diverse client base including business owners, HR professionals, in-house lawyers, public and private organisations, and senior employees.
  • Handle all areas of employment law, such as drafting employment documents, advising on maternity and paternity rights, dealing with discrimination and whistleblowing, addressing employee relations, overseeing disciplinary actions and grievances, facilitating mediation, and managing dismissals, redundancies, TUPE issues, and tribunal claims.
  • Manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to business development efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer with a strong background in employment law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • A proactive approach to client service and business development.
