EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR / PARTNER, BERKSHIRE Employment (8+ PQE) This new opportunity at a leading UK firm is available within their dynamic Employment team. If you have experience from a reputable law firm working with Employers on complex cases, and looking to take your career to the next level at a leading firm who can provide Partnership, or a clear route to Partnership and an excellent support network - then this may be the opportunity for you. This firm have gone from strength to strength and have achieved Legal 500 status in many specialist areas; now they wish to invest further within their Employment team to ensure future success of this leading department. For this reason, they are seeking an exceptional Senior Associate or existing Partner who is confident driving forward the Employment team alongside the existing Partners. In this position you will be heavily involved in business development, securing new clients, and marketing the team. Ideally, you will have at least 8 years PQE upwards in a range of Employment matters for Employers and Senior Executives from a well-established firm. Our client is open to reviewing applications from Senior Associates, Senior Lawyers and Partners; a client following is not essential but is highly advantageous.
