Senior Employment Solicitor

Location: Northampton

Salary: £65,000

Full Time 

We are currently recruiting for a senior employment lawyer to join our clients expanding team based in Northampton. If you thrive in a working environment that is collegiate and supportive where the collective goal is to be exemplary, this could be the role for you!

ABOUT YOU

  • Qualified solicitor with excellent technical skills
  • 10-15 years PQE in business-related employment law
  • Excellent team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Use of initiative to drive internal and client outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated competence in management at a senior level
  • Flair for business development and attracting high calibre clients
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven billing track record
  • You have a great sense of humour, take your work seriously but not yourself too seriously!
