  • Due to recent growth, including recently celebrating a record number of promotions over the last few years, our client is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their award-winning team.
  • Responsibilities include offering detailed advice to clients on various issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE transfers, and business restructuring.
  • Manage a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal cases, handling litigation processes in employment tribunals, ensuring thorough representation and support for clients.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and ambitious attitude through bringing a forward-thinking and motivated approach to the role, emphasising the importance of attitude alongside experience.

  • This client is considering applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Employment Law from either private practice or the public sector.
