Renowned for its groundbreaking and widely reported work, the team is recruiting a claimant focused Solicitor to advise on matters including, but not limited to:

  • Disability discrimination
  • Constructive dismissal
  • Whistle blowing
  • Harassment
  • Misconduct
  • TUPE
  • Remuneration Disputes

This firm would welcome applications from candidates, with the following criteria:

  • 2 – 5 years’ PQE (guideline)
  • Employment claimant focus
  • Central London/City or directory rated regional background
  • Manage own caseload from instruction to completion
  • Proven ability to meet tangible and intangible expectations e.g. targets and peer support
  • Team player
