- Disability discrimination
- Constructive dismissal
- Whistle blowing
- Harassment
- Misconduct
- TUPE
- Remuneration Disputes
This firm would welcome applications from candidates, with the following criteria:
- 2 – 5 years’ PQE (guideline)
- Employment claimant focus
- Central London/City or directory rated regional background
- Manage own caseload from instruction to completion
- Proven ability to meet tangible and intangible expectations e.g. targets and peer support
- Team player
