Employment Solicitor 4-6 PQE

Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid Role

My client is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 4-6 years’ PQE to join their expanding team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

You will handle a variety of tasks, including providing guidance on employment contracts, policies, performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructuring, redundancies, settlement agreements, and TUPE-related issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation cases.

Attention to detail is essential and the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and going the extra mile. A keen interest in business development and prior experience in this area would be a plus.
