Employment Solicitor – Reading, Berkshire

This established Thames Valley-based Employment Law firm is expanding and seeks a dynamic Employment Lawyer to join its team. You will work with employers and executives across a variety of sectors, including Education, Software and Retail.

Your Role:

  • Provide expert employment law advice to both employers and employees
  • Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases and High/County Court matters
  • Offer counsel on non-contentious employment matters, such as drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures

You:

  • Proven experience in contentious employment matters
  • Ability to manage both litigation and advisory work
  • Familiarity with Employment Tribunal and Court Procedures
  • A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
