Job Opportunity: Employment Solicitor/Head of Employment Law

Location: Brighton & Hove (Hybrid Working)

Overview:
A dynamic, forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to lead and develop its Employment Law department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a profit-sharing practice and drive the growth of an established department.

You will step into a thriving role, with the autonomy to shape and expand the department. Initially, you will oversee employment law matters as part of a wider practice comprising 25+ professionals. As business demand—currently very strong—continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to scale your team, potentially beginning by hiring an Employment Law Paralegal. In the long term, the possibilities for departmental growth are virtually unlimited.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A strong track record in Employment Law
  • Exceptional communication and client care skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
  • A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships

What We Offer:

  • An inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Hybrid working arrangements (office and home)
  • A profit-sharing scheme and increasing holiday entitlements
  • Fee parking

How to Apply:

  • Online: Apply with your updated CV via the provided link
  • Contact: For immediate consideration, contact Robert Rowland at G2 Legal

We look forward to hearing from you.
