Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, &pound;60,000 - &pound;75,000 (DOE) &ndash; My client is currently looking for a confident and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. JOB REF:9503.<br /><br />THE ROLE:<br />&bull; You&rsquo;ll be involved in a broad range of employment law matters, with the opportunity to handle both contentious and non-contentious work. <br />&bull; This includes tribunal litigation, TUPE advice, due diligence, contractual reviews, and advisory work on restructures, redundancies, and employee relations issues. <br />&bull; You will play a key role in managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and supporting business development initiatives.<br /><br />RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />&bull; Managing complex and high-profile litigation, including advocacy<br />&bull; Advising on TUPE matters, including drafting/negotiating warranties, indemnities, and consultation processes<br />&bull; Supporting transactional due diligence as part of multidisciplinary teams<br />&bull; Advising on redundancy and restructure processes<br />&bull; Handling day-to-day advisory work including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements<br />&bull; Delivering client training and contributing to seminars and business development<br />&bull; Supervising and mentoring junior team members<br /><br />SKILLS REQUIRED:<br />&bull; Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE<br />&bull; Broad and robust employment law experience, preferably across our key sectors<br />&bull; Strong litigation and/or advocacy skills, with a calm, confident approach<br />&bull; Commercial awareness and the ability to give pragmatic, client-focused advice<br />&bull; A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills<br />&bull; A proactive, organised approach to workload and team involvement<br />&bull; Passion for mentoring and business development<br /><br />To apply contact Penny Trotman at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.<br /><br />eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
