Temp to Perm role

HR Employment is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our well respected client on a Temp to perm role based in Kidderminster to undertake and complete the administration requirements for the Endoscopy and Dental Divisions to ensure KPI’s are being met. The ideal candidate has an experience or interest within Medical Administration.

Responsibilities


• Pricing tenders with the assistance of the Endo and Dental Division Admin Manager
• Loan pool management, including issuing loan agreement paperwork
• Completing monthly WIP for the department in line with Finance deadlines
• Producing Contract renewal documentation and ensuring new start form is included
• Customer liaison consistently via phone and email
• Planning of maintenance and service visits and PCI Inspections
• Booking in of service jobs, including contacting the customer, arranging the paperwork
• Follow up to service visits, including booking in of repairs, completing post maintenance reports.
• Booking in of reactive maintenance and repair calls, on site and in the workshop, making sure all logistics are effective.
• Answering customer queries over the phone and by email
• Database management in its entirety
• Auditing ongoing work of the engineer including assets and job cards
• Pulling data for monthly diary planning
• Liaising with engineers
• Ensuring an up-to-date contract specific information document for each division is kept

For Endoscopy Division only:


• Providing repair quotations UK & International
• Producing repair reports post repair
• Organising pre contract inspections and providing necessary documentation following them
• Additions/Deletions of Endoscopes
• Supporting resale in any Endoscopy leads they get through.
• Creating all supporting documents for customer quotations
• Instructing finance what to invoice Endoscopy customers.
• Analysing quotations to see if they are cost effective.
• Ensuring each fully comp contract has enough loan scopes on site.
• Ensuring decontamination paperwork falls in line with our SOP’s.
• Produce miscellaneous endoscopy quotations when required.
