Are you a Qualified On construction energy assessor looking to progress into Retrofit or management?


Do you want to be part of a company that can offer training in Dynamic thermal and non-domestic assessing?
As an Energy Assessor you will Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.


This company is an industry leading building regulations and sustainability consultancy we pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability, innovation and client satisfaction who are also moving into the Eco 4 sector.


This is a great pathway to management and with potential to move into the ECO 4/Retrofit space whilst helping the business expand!

The Person :

  • OCDEA Qualified
  • Experienced in SAP assessments, EPC production, and UK Building Regulations.
  • Based in Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire


The Role:

  • Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.
  • Advise on energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and sustainability to meet regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams for energy assessments.
