An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Social Housing provider within the Energy team to support on data reporting and analysis of the properties, on a 6 month contract.

The position as a Data Analyst is primarily to support the Energy team with their bid proposal for funding to assist in the decarbonisation of the affordable properties.

Responsibilities would further include:
  • Managing data to ensure it is all up-to-date and that records are compliant
  • Utilising various IT Data systems and internal databases to ensure accuracy of the data, which would then be used in bid submissions
  • Creation of regular reports on the progress of the project relating to agreed timelines
  • To assist with the identification of any missing data, and offer support in bid submission
  • In conjunction with the Energy Lead use available tools, eg Google Streetmaps, to analyse and use data to model possible options for energy install and retrofit programmes of work
  • Liaise with funding reps and colleagues to assist in the funding bid proposal

Experience analysing data and presenting results clearly along with experience of using Excel to a high level is essential.
Ideally used MS365 applications, Sharepoint and OneDrive functionality and good with systems
You will be educated to A Level or level 3 qualification grade A-C or equivalent.
