Job Title: Enforcement Agent

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £28,000 rising to £30,000 following passing probation (OTE £50,000 - £55,000)

The Role

  • Visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts, setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements. Customer service and empathy is key to the success of this role.
  • Where a solution cannot be find you will be taking control/removing goods where necessary.
  • Making enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property.

  • £28,000 basic salary rising to £30,000 following completion of probation (OTE £50,000 - £55,000)

Candidate Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License (held for at least 2 years)
  • Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Able to provide a clean DBS and no CCJ/IVA
  • Hold a current Enforcement Agent Certification
  • Level 2 Diploma in Removal of Goods
