Engagement Analyst / Change Manager (Accounting Department of Bank) - Banking Client - Brussels

Duration: 6 -12 Months

Rate: 600 - 900 per day

Hybrid Solutions: You will be required onsite for workshops and Team Meetings

Job Description

As Engagement Analyst you will play a crucial role in achievement of strategic objectives.

You will be part of Internal Consultancy Team and will report directly to the Transformation Lead and/or Engagement Manager.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to analyse and implement new activities in Group Accounting Services.

Responsibilities:
1. Transformation initiatives:
o You will analyse a list of existing and new processes to be integrated in Group Accounting Services. Make sure that processes are improved and aligned with our standard. You will play a key role as change manager to make sure that people will have the necessary knowledge and documentation to execute the tasks.
2. Develop and implement transformation strategies, plans, and roadmaps:
o Create comprehensive strategies that guide the organization through its transformation journey.
o Ensure that these plans are in line with Group Accounting Services objectives.
3. Identify and assess opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation:
o Analyze existing processes within Group Accounting Services.
o Look for inefficiencies and areas where automation or optimization can enhance operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
o Work closely with teams across different departments to identify transformation priorities.
o Prioritize and execute transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
5. Provide guidance, support, and coaching:
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
o Support stakeholders at all levels in embracing change.
6. Monitor progress and measure impact:
o Track the success of transformation initiatives.
o Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:
* Accounting Knowledge
* Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proven experience in process improvement.

Success Metrics:
Your success in this role will be measured by:
* Successful implementation of transformation initiatives within the defined timeline and budget.
* Improved operational efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization and automation.
* Enhanced employee engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies.
* Positive feedback from stakeholders on the impact and benefits of the transformation initiatives.
