About the company:

The company pride themselves on their proven track record for the design, manufacture, installation of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) including continued support for site service and maintenance regimes for both new and existing installations across the UK and Ireland. Their diverse range of products and in house engineering expertise across their product range allows us to meet the needs of their clients whatever the size of the project from a single standalone system to complex multi-site integrated buildings incorporating central control of HVAC, lighting, metering and energy displays etc.

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to carry out call outs, pre-planned, general and routine service visits which will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities.

· Carrying out routine health checks, service visits and breakdowns.

  • The production of detailed reports including strategy drawings, test results and modification drawings.

· Keeping the service co-ordinator or director up to date on their movements and location.

  • The production or back engineering of software strategy
  • The modification of supervisor graphics.

· Advising the customer on potential benefits and savings from adapting the system.

· Quoting for the replacement of faulty parts or items.

  • Carrying out energy audits.
  • Provide controls & energy solutions and ideas.
