Proactive Personnel are working with a reputable engineering company who are looking for additional support on their admin team with an Administrator to support the Engineering department.

Duties will include:

  • Checking the accuracy of all production documentation
  • Liaising with areas of the business to ensure records are accurate and timely
  • Managing your own work load and escalating any supply or quality issues
  • Minute taking, producing documentation in electronic format, assisting in document control, procurement and expediting deliveries.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Use of SAGE and Microsoft Office to create new projects.
  • Arrange shipping of client orders and associated documentation

You will need:

  • Previous administration experience - ideally within an engineering environment
  • Document control experience would be beneficial
  • A hands on attitude, willing to assist in the team as required
  • Excellent attention to detail

Details of the role include:

  • Full time hours 40 p/w Monday to Friday - 5 days per week, flexible working hours to suit as long as core hours of 10-3 are covered.
  • Job security within an established and friendly team
