Location - Norwich

Contract Length - 6 Month Temp to Perm

The Opportunity: The Interim Reliability Engineering Manager will play a critical role in steering the engineering team towards maintaining and enhancing plant performance. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement maintenance strategies to boost overall equipment effectiveness.

Lead thorough root cause analyses and address production challenges related to equipment reliability.

Manage maintenance budgets and optimise inventory for spare parts.
