Engineering Manager

Salary: £60,000 + Benefits

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

A large automated manufacturing company are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager at their brand new state of the art facility in Nottingham. Leading a team of 11 the Engineering Manager will manage, develop and the planned maintenance system to manage an efficient engineering operation on site in line with KPI and budgetary targets. The site is going through a lot of growth and new machinery has been installed so the Engineering Manager will be involved in a number of continuous improvement and further CAPEX projects.

Skills required for an Engineering Manager:

  • Previous experience as an Engineering Manager 
  • Experience of Continuous Improvements
  • Experience of implementing PPM schedules
  • Experience of budgeting
  • Experience of managing contractors
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment as an Engineering Manage

The  Maintenance manager will benefit from:
