We are seeking an experienced Installations Manager to join our team in Manchester. If you have a strong background in managing engineering teams and ensuring high-quality installation processes, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role

  • Coordinate a team of engineers, ensuring efficient and effective installations.
  • Ensure all installation processes are followed, documented, and updated consistently.
  • Step in as an installations engineer for large projects during absences or peak periods.
  • Provide support to the Sales team with technical insights and project planning.
  • Deliver accurate, regular, and timely management information on customer records, completed installations, and service tasks.
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Make sure all the KPIs, targets, deadlines and objectives as set and agreed with the senior leadership team

Skills & Experience required

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle large-scale installation projects.
  • Knowledge of installation procedures and customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team, good attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Computer literature including Excel, Microsoft and Outlook
  • Experience in Telematics is essential
  • Previous experience working with a CRM
  • Full UK driving license
