The Role
As an English Academic Coach, you will work closely with students who need additional support in English. You will deliver targeted interventions in both one-to-one and small-group settings, helping pupils develop their comprehension, writing, and analytical skills. Your role will be key in boosting student confidence and attainment levels.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background in English. The school is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire students. Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
