We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated, full-time English Language and Literature Teacher who can also deliver Drama lessons for KS3 and KS4 students. This role is based in Coalville and will start in September as a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Language and Literature to KS3 and KS4 students
* Deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons
* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
* Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
Your job role will be:
- Teaching English and Drama to a high standard from KS3 up to A Level
- Marking, Assessing, and planning lessons
- Following the school behaviour plan
- Ensure the safeguarding of pupils
The successful English teacher will have: -
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- Experience of teaching English and/or Drama for KS3 and KS4.
- Have a real passion for language and literature
- Available to start September full-time
- Have a DBS registered on the Update service or prepared to apply for one.
