Preferred Requirements:
  • Possess a PGCE qualification and experience teaching students with SEMH or SEND needs.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Embrace a student-centered approach, tailoring your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your learners.
  • Bring a passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and enriching learning experiences that inspire and empower students.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, such as English or Education.
