Salary: £130 - £170 per day

Contract: Full Time

GSL Education are seeking a passionate English Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to secondary school students, nurturing their literacy skills and fostering a love for literature.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver dynamic English lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs.

  • Inspire critical thinking and analytical skills through the exploration of various texts.

  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that align with curriculum objectives and promote student progress. Responsibilities:

  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

  • Prepare students for assessments and qualifications in accordance with national curriculum standards.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching resources and contribute to departmental initiatives. Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English.

  • Experience teaching English at secondary level.
