We are inviting a Teacher of English to join our dedicated team at a popular school in Bracknell. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an educator with a passion for English literature and language. Our English curriculum is crafted to inspire students, fostering fluent writers and confident speakers who will leave our school ready to make their mark on the world. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that is passionate about raising standards and engaging young people in their learning.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Implement and deliver a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated English curriculum.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a Teacher/Tutor.
  • Encourage a learning experience that enables students to accelerate their learning.
  • Contribute to raising standards of student attainment across the school.
  • Support the school’s mission to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in English or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
  • Experience of working in a school setting is essential.
  • A love for teaching English and a commitment to inspiring students.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
