A SEN school located in Surrey is looking for a vibrant English Teacher to join their team. This English Teacher will be delivering high quality teaching and learning to students with difficulties communicating and social interaction, typically associated with Autism. The English Teacher will contribute to the delivery and development of the curriculum and work in a non-confrontational way to ensure individual needs are met.

As an English Teacher you will be expected to set targets for each student as well as assessing, reviewing, and reporting their progress to report back to parents and staff members. This will go hand in hand working with other members of staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Expectations of this English Teacher will also include developing lesson plans analysing and self-reflecting on the outcomes ensuring lessons are maintaining pace, motivation, and challenges.
