- Providing one-on-one or small group interventions to support students' progress and achievement

- Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to develop personalised learning plans

- Monitoring and assessing student progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance

- Promoting positive behaviour management techniques and maintaining a safe and respectful classroom culture
