Enterprise Sales specialist - salary per annum £70K-£80K per annum plus commission - remote based role

This client is a fast growth privately owned scale up technology and services provider of in Talent management solutions, they provide a suite of technology and services utilised by Talent Acquisition and HR Directors that ensure compliance and regulatory reporting is maintained and that workplaces are safer.

Due to EMEA expansion they are looking for a remote first Enterprise Hunter capable of delivering new contract revenue with UK Headquartered business with more than 10,000 staff as well as managing partner relationships with large Recruitment BPO's.

The role will be focused on new logo acquisition and supported by an office based sales operations and marketing team. Using a tried and tested sales methodology (Miller Heiman, MEDDIC, SPIN or TAS etc) you will be engaging with C level contacts within assigned vertical markets to understand their talent management issues, tailoring a solution set that delivers significant ROI. Attending trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities the role will be focused on building strong commercial relationships with your target audience.

Ideally you have had exposure to complex solutions used by HR and / or Talent Managers in mid and large size (Enterprise) organisations. You are capable of working remotely but can also work with others to deliver technical solutions for your customers. You are motivated by reward and recognition and enjoy a commission structure that is simple to understand and incentivises you longer term as it pays out every year of the contract the clients signs and continues to use.
