Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a dynamic organisation based in Oxford to recruit an Entry Level Accountant. The Entry Level Accountant will receive a salary of up to £27,000 along with other attractive benefits including training and development opportunities!

This is a varied role and would be brilliant for an individual looking for their first role in finance!

Primary responsibilities;

  • Using and maintaining the systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Raising invoices and sending them out to clients
  • Maintaining tracking spreadsheets
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Managing online portals
  • Taking customer payments over the phone

Key experience and attributes;

  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer service skills, especially when dealing with customers in writing and on the phone
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
