Entry Level Administrator needed to work within a fantastic small team.

£24,000 - £26,000

Full time: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30

Location: Epsom

Duties Include:

  • Providing admin support to the manager
  • Assisting with purchasing process and ensuring delivery is within the timescale
  • Assisting with the moving of goods from manufacturers to warehouses to clients
  • Matching Purchase invoices to purchse orders
  • Scanning, Filling and logging documents
  • Maintaining Manufacturers lists
  • Proactively helping to improve processes and the running of logisitics department

Requirements:

  • Good maths knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • To be able to work well with others within a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to use own initiative, flexible and open-minded
  • Thorough attention to detail
