My client, a specialist recruitment consultancy operating in lucrative sectors is growing rapidly and looking for an Entry-Level French-Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

The Role:

You will be working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you will be trained to manage the full 360° recruitment process. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality candidates to clients across the UK and Europe, with an emphasis on supporting French-speaking markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients

• Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer management and onboarding

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using a range of tools and platforms

• Providing market insights and advice to clients and candidates

• Working towards individual and team targets with uncapped earning potential
