Our client, based in Bridge of Don, are looking for Storesperson, for a full time permanent role. This will be an entry level position, and will be the perfect opportunity for the right candidate as there will be a great opportunity for progression.

The Storeperson will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Duties many include:

  • Receive incoming goods, check for damages and discrepancies between the delivery note and goods received.
  • Ensure all goods are stored in appropriate locations within the warehouse or store.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
  • Pick and pack goods for dispatch according to orders received.
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurately packed, labeled, and accompanied by the necessary paperwork.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock take activities.
  • Keep the warehouse or store clean and organized at all times.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
