POSITION: Environment Senior Associate (7+ years PQE)

QC Legal are excited to have partnered with a global 100 law firm to offer qualified lawyers with at least years 7+ PQE, who have experience in providing both strategic and regulatory advice on the environment, natural capital and climate and sustainability to clients, and who also have skills and experience in contractual drafting and negotiation in this area.

ROLE

  • An excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of environmental and regulatory matters both contentious and non-contentious, across the UK.

REQUIREMENTS

  • England & Wales or Scottish qualified.
  • 7+ years PQE.
  • Must have strong experience of both providing strategic environmental advice to clients, contractual drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience of contentious environmental work and/or environmental litigation.
  • Is commercially aware and has strong technical knowledge.
  • Be enthusiastic about business development.
