Purpose of the Role

To provide the cleaning duties as directed to the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work on your own in the cleaning tasks as inducted and trained upon.
  • Understanding the H&S requirements to ensure you and others entering your work area are safe at all times.
  • Timekeeping the hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted.
  • To undertake cleaning duties in areas as directed by the Site
  • To report maintenance issues immediately, e.g. broken equipment, defective lighting any H&S issues
  • To be inform the Site Manager or any ordering and maintaining cleaning equipment stock.
  • To clean and maintain communal areas within the site, including cleaning surfaces and vacuuming and dusting of surfaces, external area sweeping and mopping as required
  • To have an understanding and comply with all COSHH regulations
  • To work within the relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
  • To attend training courses as identified and agreed for appropriate development.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 1 years cleaning within the same environment (note this role has an amount of external cleaning, sweeping requirements that are open to the elements

Working Hours - 3hrs twice per week 9.15am to 12.15pm Tuesday & Friday only

Salary - £13.15 per hour
