This is an exciting opportunity to join the UKs leading energy certification and testing provider and receive exposure to opportunities and challenges within the built environment. They are looking for an EPC Assessor to join their Building and Real Estate team in London.

Responsibilities for an EPC Assessor include:

  • Undertake site visits and inspect commercial properties
  • Collect data during these site visits and model commercial property using design builder
  • Produce level 3 and 4 EPCs within deadlines
  • Work alongside clients to obtain valuable information for the company

The ideal EPC Assessor will have:

  • A Level 3 or 4 NDEA qualification with previous experience carrying out EPCs for commercial properties
  • Proficiency with relevant software such as Design Builder software
  • Previous experience carrying out heating and cooling calculations would be beneficial
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
