Epicor Systems Specialist

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Epicor Systems Specialist to join a forward-thinking team based in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting the lifecycle of ERP systems and processes and is eager to work closely with senior management and end users to develop new business processes aimed at improving business performance across all current and future sites.

• Provide comprehensive Epicor end user support across all company locations.
• Define, develop, and deploy business solutions, including technical components such as BAQs, BPMs, BAMs, Trackers, Dashboards, Customizations, DMT, Administration tools, Security, Crystal Reports, and SSRS.
• Implement, configure, and test Epicor solutions to ensure data integrity and support transaction/data cleanup activities when necessary.
• Utilise SQL queries to interrogate data, create views, and stored procedures.
• Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilising ERP system capabilities.
• Maintain a high level of data integrity within the Epicor application through effective configuration and testing.

• Proven experience demonstrating technical analysis work.
• Experience in a support or development role working with an ERP system in a shared service environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics, purchasing, manufacturing operations, inventory management, and warehousing disciplines.
• Knowledge of MRP, BOM, MOM, RF, Ship/Recv, Job management, Planning and Forecasting, capacity planning, mins/maxs, master scheduling, Routings, material management, inventory management, cycle counting, ABC analysis, MES terminals, Kanban, warehouse management, storage locations, material movement, WIP, pick-pack-ship.
• Proficiency in report writing, BPMs, queries, and dashboard creation within an ERP system.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
