Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Interim, full time, ASAP start

Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Liverpool

£100 per day

Reed Further Education are working with a higher education organisation to recruit an interim Diversity and Inclusion Officer to join their team,

This role is integral to the university’s Diversity, Equality and Inclusion agenda and the post holder will lead on Black History Month and DWP’s Disability Confident strategy.

Day to day of the role;

Advise on addressing issues regarding access to work and reasonable adjustments.

Lead the development of bespoke training and workshops tailored to meet the specific needs of the workforce.

Develop, implement, and review the programmes of activities to support the University’s Diversity, Equality and Inclusion agenda and accreditations.

Requirements;

Immediate availability

Degree Level Qualification or equivalent

Experience working within Education, preferably Higher Education

Experience working within diversity and inclusion field and with focus on, disability gender, race and LGBTQI+ equality.

Experience of providing high quality specialist diversity and inclusion advice to colleagues at all levels of an organisation.

Experience of Equality and Diversity accreditation process eg Disability Confident
