Equity Research VP or Senior Associate, Chemicals Coverage, Global Investment Bank

A top tier one global investment bank are now looking to add an Equity Research Analyst to their European Chemicals team.

The role will work with one of the most successful teams and work with the senior analysts on writing equity research for their hedge funds and asset management client base.

You will on the following responsibilities:

- Writing writing pieces of equity research on European Chemicals companies

- Speaking with clients about your recommendations

- Financial modelling, valuations, financial analysis

- Listening to newsflow, updating financial models, keeping the team up to date with developments

- Company and client visits

They can either hire someone at the VP level with existing chemicals experience, or a talented senior associate from another bank

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

- Equity research analysts from other firms

- Equity analysts from buy side firms

- Currently operating the Senior Associate to VP level

Background in chemicals equity research OR an equity analyst from another firm with a professional or academic background in the chemicals sector.
