Are you an experienced ER specialist and you either have a CIPD level 5 qualified or you are working towards it?

My client specialises in offering a wide variety of hands-on courses and they have invested millions into their sites to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in.

As an experienced ER Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing advice of various HR and Employee Relations matters, which will include grievance, absence management and performance/people management.
  • You will also ensure the companies people, procedure and employment law policies are up to date.
  • Also assisting with the pay, rewards and benefits schemes and policies are all up to date.
  • Offering guidance and support to various employees, whilst supporting with anything that may involve a redundancy or recruitment process.
  • Dealing with case work resolution and attending weekly meetings to provide updates on outstanding case work.
  • Providing support to Line Managers with People Management issues whilst following and educating on best practice for employees well-being.
  • You will also provide lots of support in other areas which will include HR Audits, absence, timekeeping management and various HR projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous HR and Case Management experience with a Level 5 CIPD Qualification.
