A well-established professional services organisation is seeking an ER Advisor to join the business to run through until January 2026 (covering maternity leave).
Working as part of an established team, the ER Advisor will provide advice and guidance on all matters of Employee Relations issues for c500 employees, predominantly those operating as Fee Earners and Partners.
Whilst the office is Birmingham based, my client offers total flexibility in terms of remote working. There is a requirement to be in the office one day every three-months, but other than that, you will manage how and where you work as long as you are delivering in line with business requirements.
To be considered for this role you will be able to commit to the length of contract, whilst have extensive experience of having managed up to 50 ER cases at any time across the entire ER remit.
