As an ER Advisor you will be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive and professional advice on a broad range of HR issues. The position offers an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their skills and knowledge within a supportive and dedicated team.

My client are a non profit organisation based in York.

Description

  • Providing professional advice on a broad range of HR issues.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to the development of HR strategies that support the organisation's objectives.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Participating in HR projects, as required.

Profile

The successful ER Advisor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A team player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.

Job Offer

Full time and permanent role + Paying £32,500 + 1 day in the office per week + Excellent suite of company benefits
